New layoffs will come, that’s a fact. Don’t think anyone would want to argue that. Chances are they’re coming sooner rather than later. Has anyone heard or does anyone have an opinion on will here be any method will they be led by? Will they be targeting specific departments, specific types of workers, or will it be just like the ones before: cut wherever they can?

"Customer Success" is the most laughable title at Oracle (maybe 2nd only to CEO). These support people do absolutely nothing and get paid boatloads to sit around and pretend they can escalate customer issues to some unknown executive. Ridiculous job! Long past time for CB org to leave.

ORACLE is doing poorly in the cloud and that will result in ORACLE losing more and more market share....
Our market share is not material, we're consistently ranked as 5th to 10th and have no chance of competing with the top 3.
What will the new layoffs look like?
