What’s going on in club pickup with your store?

We have 3 full timers 2 open and 1 closes 3 partimers not Shure how it will all play out
You should not get booted out but if there is three full-timers I could not tell you I know it calls for to full-timers if I'm not mistaken with all the others in that department code being part-timers
What if there are three of use and I’m second in seniority what do u think for me? I understand a lot more other associates with harder circumstances and o feel for them i wish there was sumthing we can do for them[anything?]. but do I have to worry about getting booted out the club pickup job code or having another floor associate take my spot since I guess they will be picking orders now and btw we get about 30-40 orders a day
So our pay rate is not changing yes we are with carts now which I think is funny as hell but hey if they want to get the floor associates to pull out orders and we just dispense and help members with their carry outs hey why not. You know that heavy load that we have on those flatbeds is way more in my opinion that we are going to have to do as word taking members groceries out I am 50 plus years old so yeah I will look funny out there pushing baskets or even loading groceries but hey it is what it is we can change it that's for sure.not to mention all the screw-ups that are going to happen because they don't know what they're doing at this point yes they will learn but it's going to make members upset because they don't care as much as we do it's just a job I keep telling myself
If there was 2 of you one will open and the second will be the closeing shift. It s---s but u either stay or get out.
I’ve been there a year and only one other club pick up associate will have seniority over me what do you think they will do with me
It sounds like to me they deleted our job and gave it to floor associates so they would not have to give us severance pay.it is one way to get us out.
To be honest i don't even know what the heck i will be doing in club pick up. It is so stupid. If any one knows please refresh me thanks.
I don’t understand why club pick up was put with carts... why in the world would they not have put us with the floor associates since they will be pulling the orders. None of this makes sense
Our club is busy but they say we won’t be pulling orders my job title was Member order specialist now they are saying we are with carts
Ur cpu must be super slow, we hav so many orders we cant do anything else
