So will any position in the club have weekends off? Backroom? I currently have Sat/Sun off every week so how is block scheduling going to affect me? No one here at the club seems to want to explain it.

Then we pinky swore to tell no one else, later we tipped over the break room soda machine, and we shared the free can of Dr. Pepper that cake out!! It was the greatest day ever!! In my club, a meat cutter told me today that he was both saturday and sunday off. And was saying all day that he can't tell anyone what 2 days off he got, but by the end of day I gave him Scouts Honor. HE'S ONLY IN HIS 20'S! FOREVER, He'll have the weekend off AND be an opener.
No one will have complete weekends off. You may be in a group that has one or the other but not both. Those days are gone.
Backroom associates will be required to work one of the two days because of day receiving.
I heard there is a few positions in each group that could get weekends off with seniority.
depends on your seniority and the group you are in. seems to me that some folks will have weekends off but only depending on seniority and which group they are in.
No you will not have weekends off the company is trying to get rid of people like you.
