40 vs 48 hour LP lawsuit

Not asking for names on here or anything but how many 40 hr lp’s would join a class action for pay discrimination? Equal work equal pay. Same job description same work requirements just 8 hours less to get the same expectations completed.

I too am a former, so a union doesn’t help anymore on the lp side.

What a union may help out with is all of the ridiculous bs coming out, full time about to be cut to 33 hours, no training and then getting blasted because you have no clue then get blasted again for asking.

Then again I guess if one isn’t happy go find what does. Sadly not a whole lot in podunk.

A class action lawsuit will not net you much money, sorry to say. It will do one thing for sure and that is blacklist you in the field. I don't suggest going that route for such a little amount of money and so much too lose. A Union may be a better idea but what do I know I'm just an out of work former Lowe's LP guy.
