tenure???

Do you pick your hours and days off by length of service with the company or length of service in a position? ?

Tenure didnt matter if you are a fresh lead. Bakery/ meat are early shifts. Produce/food service evenings. Days off were not a choice either. Produce lead is sunday mon off meat lead mon tues off..bakery lead wed thurs off and food service is tuesday wed off. That is company wide.

Our CM will make exceptions for all his little pets. There is a bunch that has already said they will be leaving when new scheduling takes place and those same ones keep ending up in the office with the door closed and they are figuring out the loop holes so they can continue as they was.

By workgroup. Was told by 2 managers. So people don’t jump ship and take a lesser tenured persos job out of their workgroup.

all this opposing information could cause one to think that once again, we don't have our s___t together. People are getting different stories because management is operating from incomplete and/or inaccurate information. Nobody really knows. They are just winging it. Kind of like when the new attendance policy was rolled out. Total lack of understanding about new policy. Guess we didn't learn anything after that debacle or just plain don't care.

If you managers are saying time in position rather than time with company they are lying to you. It is time with company.

Our club says they're going by tenure with the company.

But then they also decided Meat and Bakery were more important for the mornings, so Prepared Foods and Produce got shafted to closing.

You ask for the days you would like off. Doesn't mean you are going to get them different positions have different days available. Fresh get ready to work every weekend.

Length of service with company. But not all positions get to choose days off... some are predetermined
