Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Does the opinion of the customers matter even a little?

I see and talk to far more dissatisfied customers that the ones that have something good to say about Lowe’s lately. On the other hand I hear the leadership say that all of these shifts and changes are made in order to become more customer based company. If that’s the case, why don’t they listen to the dissatisfied customers, if they don’t want to listen to the workers.?Shouldn’t the customer be the ultimate judges?

walk around, slice all bags with your knife, push products into "crawl spaces" in electrical and paint depts by pushing the product backwards off the rack so it falls in the dead area, causing mad shrink.

oh yea, theres plenty we can do to make these mo--ns act like adults. if they act like children, act 100x worse. If they act unethical, you do to x10.

When reason and ogic is gone, one must resort to all means necessary and this is how these ex-home depot muppets want it. So they get it!

Sabotage it all.

Best part is, all you have to do is listen to your mo--n manager and do what he says. It will al fall apart in quick time. Just document it all.. when he tass you and then the important things are sacrificed for his immediate fire putting outting. LOL

I know a former employee that quit due to the way he was treated, he comes in every day to our store and purchases something just to give the store a 1-3 score to tank the store manager.

Recommend they take the survey and give the store all 2's, just leave your name out of it.

Give them your store manager's name. ;-)
