Both coordinator & lead M-F 8-4:30. The Sat sub schedule for Lead was a misprint and your CM should ask for a new worksheet where this is fixed.
Does not make since we continue to move towards technology, yet we waste 80 hours a week on a f---ing phone with 0 results.
I see it as well. Have they have beefed up marketing with technology like the rest of the club? That would be a tell if they haven’t invested in marketing enough. Also, read a post about a kiosk in front of cafe — damn there goes a cashier to where? Maybe to produce more product inside the cafe idk. I don’t even know if it’s going to happen, I just read it in a post like I said.
So they won't get a severance if the position is eliminated? I could forsee it being gone by Q3 as well.

There is a reason they weren’t included in the changes. 100% gone by Q3.
Either marketing team is just really needed as part of the club or there is another plan for them like severance — tough to tell. The job is still there, so that’s a good thing. I’ve been around some good marketing teams.
Not the Marketing Team Lead. The team lead is now to work weekends from what my CM says anyways. So what about Business Focus Events and driving new business period? Don’t get me wrong it’s not like I was having any luck whatsoever in that dept but how can we focus on business when we are working either 6-2:30 or 1-9:30? Business hours for regular businesses are 9-5 Monday thru Friday.
I ask and they continue with the same schedule 8am-4:30pm won’t get affected by block scheduling
Position is still the same. Drives and appointments scheduled as usual. Marketing is exempt from the new block schedule. Meeting today with my cm.
