I am highly doubtful that they will not be renewing the lease at CV, does anyone have facts to back up this claim?

I don’t recall any of our customers ever trying to break a contract
12 year lease. Because leases are never broken.
Short Hills 101 had a lease. No one there now.
They just entered a 12yr lease in 2015...
Steve is coming to CV today to tell us he is shutting this sh-- hole down. Also to tell us more about beating his wife. Should be a good one today.
I’m sure as more and more layoffs hit CV. And they are coming. That building will not be needed to the extent that it’s being used now. Take off the rose colored glasses. These investors bought this company to make money for themselves, not me or you. The less expense on the books the better. Keep your resume updated, our days or numbered here. S---s but that’s the truth.
If anyone had the facts to share, they would get fired. You can believe CV is staying and the company is a great place to work, or that cost cutting will continue and anything can happen.
