Barely showing up, 30 min coffee breaks every few hours, arriving late and leaving early. These are the people that "exceed" expectations.

Yeah don't report anything to HR. They work hand in hand with the GMs to maneuver whatever initiative the company wants. Right or wrong be damned.
Do not report, you will be on HR list for next rif. Nothing is secret between HR and management.....HR is all about gossip.
Just do what’s right. Or be Wells Fargo. It’s your choice.
Don’t report it cause ethics sends it to HR and they are some ofthe most unethical in the company. Know this 1st hand. HRBP supposed to keep info confidential but know of one that blabbed to other mgrs during the last work stoppage about confidential information. What a joke.

Try to milk it as much as the VPs and CEOs are trying to Milk it. They milk bonuses by selling talented employees to INFY and you milk by arriving late at work.
Just imaging how minuscule your milking is compared to the VPs and CEOs.

Hero’s?? People who come in late and leave early while you have to play by the rules...people who sit in their truck drinking coffee while you’re in a manhole sweating and getting filthy? People getting paid the same as someone who has a good work ethic are hero’s? That is what is wrong with this country today! They exist in every garage and office.

plenty of groups are like that. I know field techs that work full time at other jobs while collecting verizon money. It is amazing what poor leadership and email will let you get away with
Why do you care. Mind your business and do your job, don’t worry about others. They want to screw around let them. Marni and Lowell did it for years and they left with millions. Why stress out over this place. Your gonna get laid off eventually.
