So I was call today to the manager office the CM told me everything about my new job code I was Membeship champion supposedly I was doing everything except that. So anyway I have 19 yrs with the company , he told me since I got the most years I can pick my shift so I pick morning which is 6am-2:30pm then he ask me to pick my days off between Tuesday , Wednesday or Thursday I got mad 😠 and asked him how come some people has weekend or Sunday and Monday off why I can have Sunday off I don’t care about the other day, so he call hr and told me he was going to look into it. Let’s see what happens

I email the hr in my market I asked who was the hr name before signing anything so basically I was told that I may get 40 hr or less which I am ok I think is going to be the same as they did a while ago I got morning 6-230 but I put down 3 days that Iam available from 6am-930pm in my availability form

So guys I did my research and got my Sunday off I I will be available from Monday to Saturday I didn’t pick the other day .
So can managers make changes to the block schedule

The tbc lead in our store got to choose his days off and what shift he wanted first. So he's off Sunday and Wednesday working the 7 to 330 shift.
All tbc lead off Wednesday and Friday I am mad about I been with company over 10 years
