I certainly hope managers and club managers are subjected to the same restriction of neither weekend day off for eternity without PTO.
Seems fair to practice what you preach as a good change.

I wouldn't hold your breath to any of that. It seems like the rules don't apply to Managers
Why is everybody blaming all this on the managers, somebody sitting behind a desk is who is deciding all this not managers or club managers. Club managers are just following directions
Club Managers get Sunday and Wednesday off just like before. They are also required (supposed to be set in stone) that the Club Manager close every Friday night. No manager gets any Saturday off. I could be wrong about this but I believe the Fresh Manager over the Meat Dept. gets Sunday and Monday off. I know that managers are not happy either so it is not just the hourly associates. The managers have to swap around to get a weekend off or use PTO as well.
How about Doug M and John F work every weekend. 😂 Oh the perks of working Retail. I guess we go with it or look elsewhere. In the mean time I'm grateful I have job that pays more than minimum wage... but if the opportunity arises I'm out.
They damn well better be here every Sunday.
It would only be fair. Managers should work weekends but so should Market Managers and VP's. I'm sure their families would understand just like ours have to. They could take a Mon or Tues off when their children are in school just like we have to. Then they can visit clubs on a Sat and Sun and see what really goes on, instead of a planned weekly visit.
Managers didn't come up with this block scheduling they are yes men who do what they are told or they lose there job.

Great. Just great. They don’t need every single associate to work all weekend. Every weekend. Makes no sense. 🙄
