As a "purchased service" Designer, I'm not expecting to be here in June. Ironically, I have already been contacted by several suppliers, that are getting a rapid increase in RFQ's from Ford. The work still needs to be done, the question will by by whom, and where.

From what I understand purchased services are not impacted at this time. They are going after the LL6+ Ford employees.
I'm not sure purchased service needs to worry too much-- those head counts aren't included in a department's budget. Unless the poster knows something I don't!
I hear we could save a lot by outsourcing C-suite execs to India.
I'd get a move on. The pendulum swings both ways in the economy. Times are tightening now. Find your seat now before their are no longer any seats left.
