Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

No Ones Quitting

I hear alot of people on here say they are quitting and thats fine for the ones who have no time in but for us thats been here for over 20 years we actually make a pretty good wage and its not like we can go out and find another job making what we make. Most of the younger employees dont care anything about Sams and we b--ch about them but looks like they have the right idea. Why in the hell would they want to care about a company that does something like this year after year to its employees. Theres a survey going on right now and my CM is hand picking the people he wants to do the survey because most people I know won't do it because its a joke.

Hit the pavement snowflake, don’t stick around, no notice needed. We will be better off without you. Go get bent.

Already seen multiple great associates leave at a test club and all because there is no more accommodation or compassion for human beings. So you can say no one is quitting but I’m seeing it everyday as well as trying to find myself something new

I left 2 weeks ago, And I thought I was making to top of the scale in my division. Until... a new hire came in making 3.00 more an hour. Brought my concerns up to CM and MM - they where basically like... thats just how it goes and CM shrugged his shoulders. I ended up finding a new job, more than I was making and NO WEEKENDS and PAID Holidays off (remember those ?!)

YX0QeaS You should like the person that doesn’t vote, but then criticize the person that won the election even though you have no right to say anything since you refused your opportunity for vote.

“Isn’t it ironic, yeah don’t you think,

A little too ironic, yeah I really do think!”

For the first time in about 10 years they put the comment section back on the aes survey. Let them know your concerns. Don't know if it will help.

You have to jump anyway. I was with the company for 12 years making decent pay. I couldn't take what they were doing anymore. I left thinking I wouldn't find a job to pay as much. Well I did. Started me off at $1 less than Sam's. Within 6 months i am now making the same pay without all the stress. I am climbing and it's going great! I hope the same for you!
