Associates I feel so sorry for all of the associates get mistreated by Sam's Club Associates if you don't like it go out in protest make change. Sam's Club all the members are finding out about what you guys are doing to your Associates and we'll all give up our membership one at a time if you treat your employees right they will take care of that member I'm sorry to say that it's not happening when you going to Sam's Club you can see the disappointment on Associates face cuz they dont have nothing to look forward to you keep taking from them and taken from them and you make our shopping experience unpleasant if you take care of your employees they'll take care of you it takes money to make money stop being so cheap and spend money on your Associates they should be your investment associate anyways I had enough I'll take my kit ring company to Costco where they have the products I need and they had the associates to perform the job! Take care of your employees it's not rocket science

Whoa!! Before you start hating on Costco, make sure you get the facts straight.... My husband has been working for Costco for over 30 years....we have always used his awesome benefits and the totally great bonuses he gets every 6 months, that is not given according to sales. MX voices and all the other stuff you have to get to get a bonus. Costco definitely takes care of the workers and is dedicated to raising money for CMN. They promote safety by giving employees great meals for every 30 day accident free and as you can see when you walk into a Costco they put money back into the clubs, instead of the fattening the pockets of all the corporate workers. And one more thing HOLIDAYS Costco allows our family to be together every holiday by closing their doors for the day .... I will forever be grateful for all costco has provided for our family. Sam’s club will never ever compare to Costco. Possibly if Mr Sam Walton with his morals and values was still alive yes, but not with the people that are making the decisions today😏

By all means, make sure none of us has a job. McDonald’s and the rest of the fast food industry treats their workers so much worse! You going to stop eating there too? And what about stores that only pay minimum wages? Or Amazon, which treats their workers like animals? Seriously, go get a new membership. We’ll handle Sam’s.
Odd but Costco has as many message threads about how poorly they are treated on this site as well. I have probably a dozen or more associates right now in my club who came over from Costco.
Customers dont really care how the company treats its employees. Walmart side has always been one of the worse places to work and customers flock to them.
