Lol neff is only remotely successful because DesMoines was blocking cars for it. Which somehow upper management didnt know. The conference call where this fact was explained was f---ing hilarious. "You realize shortline blocked Neff and 18th St before the cars were sent down?" ......."wait.....what? I didn't know that......huh, well we're going to give it a month"

Only the main yard in Des Moines. They have one smaller one with approximately 5 tracks to do work. Will mostly just be run thru. Yard jobs mostly should be gone.
Did they completely close Des Moines then?
