How many of you are aware that as of April 27 the rate t which you accrue PTO is changing?? It now takes more time to earn an hour of PTO. If your club has not posted it yet like our club did then ask a manager.

We had a meeting about this in April. My PTO rate has pretty much been halved from last year so great...
The main change is for PT and anyone under 3 years in the company.
The new policy is on the WIRE in AMP.
It is the old policy from the time before PTO.
Losing my home , becoming terminally ill , and my wife leaving me would not be the end of the world but my world would seem to be ending. Taking from the workers is a bad thing even for the company drones..
Calm down please not the end of the world.
And it's back page news.
So what you're saying is that as a 16 yr assoc, I just lost a week vacation.
No pot stirring. The max for year changed because the rate changed. The only tier not changed are the 20yr+ people. I do not recall exact rates but I do recall as an example that a 15 year person's rate now is what a 10 year person's was.
I haven't seen anything on this. Will someone please post actual change? Or is someone just stirring the pot on here.
So , what is the max ?
Accrual rate is one thing, what about max hours for the year? Did that change? The accrual rate had been set to achieve the max for the year at a 40 hr/wk average. If the max for the year did not change, then one would have to work OT for the same time off as before, and that won't happen. I read the new rates, but don't see any info about the max for year.
It was supposed to be posted at the time clock April 27th.
What?? Was this posted on amp or anything?
