Market teams are turds in the toilet that need to be flushed. Just what do they do anyway? Wasted payroll! Lowes gets rid of the PSI, and still has a “District Sales Mgr”? The PSEs can be managed at the store level. District Service? Really? Your title has changed three times, and you still survive (even though they brought in the CPO and eliminated the Install Office in half the stores!) Just what do you do but play pocket pool all day? You don’t even show your face 98% of the times the rest of the “Market Team” graces us with their presence!

If Marvin is such a great CEO why is he no longer with JcPenny or Home Depot or any of the other companies he was with??? It didn’t work in these stores so why let him do it to us???
