OP- You may think it's funny some of us were laid I off (I was), but you wouldn't make light of the situation if it happened to you. You have no idea how hard it can be and what kind of toll it can take on the former employee and their family. But go ahead and laugh at us but remember-you may be in this situation yourself. Even though you're an immature ***, I hope you don't have to go through it.

It should be common knowledge that this is a forum for everyone to share their thoughts without recrimination from twits like the OP here. What makes you, OP, so great that you need to be so insulting? People from all different backgrounds, cultures, educational levels are employed by BNYM obviously at the discretion of BNYM itself. So if you're so high and mighty, maybe you're the one who doesn't belong there.

No. Whoever wrote this is a kiss a,,. There is always a few who think the boss is the greatest thing since sliced bread. But in reality most who are actually working are suffering. We are over worked. Under paid. Under constant threat of layoffs all the while upper MGMT is getting paid more than ever. EVER..... I'm sure the company will loose millions, then do something completely irrelevant like talk about how important diversity and inclusion are. Just a guess though
