When the company doesn't meet expectations, guess who pays the price? It's certainly not those on top who make all the big decision that make us fall behind - no, they'll still get their fat pay and bonuses.

Us, though? We are the best cost cutting measure Chesapeake has. So as I said, get ready for layoffs.

We need to layoff management. Seriously, the problem with the company isn't as much the employees as it is the fact that management for the large part is horrible. I mean, they're good people, but s--- at managing. Exec's are compensated at absurd levels.
