I see the managers are not telling everyone about the survey just few people are doing it and know about it. Go to the wire search for May survey 2019 and you can write a comment.

We was not asked to take the survey?
They Don’t care, even enough to pretend anymore! It was always bs. But over the years it has become a joke. Now they do not want to hear your opinions. In fact, they wish you would just disappear. Esp long term Charter Associates..

I did when I heard a manager told another manager this person already did the aes. Survey and I asked what survey and then one of them said “ oh nothing “. So I searched on the wire and did it I also did told as many I could in my store
The survey was from the 3rd through the 5th and you are correct no one in management at our club told anyone about it. I know it was on the wire but a lot of the associates have no use to log on to check. In previous years it was our PCT that made sure everyone knew. I did let as many people I could know to take it. I wonder if HO will look to see how many didn't take the survey.
