I work part time in club pickup with a limited availability. With the new block scheduling being implemented and All of the early shifts supposed to be helping in club pick up, Am I at risk of losing my job?

Rain, sleet, snow, hail, heat. You’re pushing carts. Our cart pusher/puller, whatever you wanna call it, won’t fit the new carts, which makes it hard. We’re not allowed earbuds. We load/unload all day long. Don’t tell me it’s great. I’m waiting on any job inside to come open. We work short handed on a daily basis. Saturday, I was it. It may be a piece of cake where you are, but don’t try to tell me it’s that way for everyone.
We only did loadouts upon request. There's no way to load every member's vehicles and keep the lot clear. We were allowed by management to keep 1 ear bud in while outside. As I said earlier, easiest and best job at Sam's.
Thats where your wrong you should of been engaged with the member and helping unload there carts and you definitely should of not been wearing earphones or ear buds for safety reasons. They get fired at my club if they continue wearing them after they been told not to.
Carts is brutal? I've worked in many areas of the club and carts was by far the best. Get to work outside, dont have to deal with members, and get to listen to music during the whole shift. Granted I havent pushed carts since I was 23 but I've always said it is the best job at Sam's.
Haven’t you heard? We’re cart associates now. So you won’t lose your job.
Your hours may be cut, depending on how many cart associates your store has. However, I’ve never known a store that didn’t need cart associates. I never heard of a long term cart associate, cause the work is brutal.
