Same here our LL4 said he or one of the manager/directors would deliver the news. I'd assume he'll handle the cuts.
My LL4+ said that everyone will have a meeting with one of the three outcomes.
Looks like it will be the LL4 in IT anyway.
I have heard this through some one when went through the process. Every one will get an individual meeting notice. In that meeting they will tell you if you are retained or reassigned or fired. I also heard that only management would have the most impact meaning GSRs are not impacted.
Latest I've heard is that your LL4+ manager and HR will schedule a 1-on-1 meeting with everyone who is either being let go, or being moved to a new position. If you'll be staying in the same position, no meeting.
