Pro Tip:
If you help a member find something, carry out a heavy cart to their car, or even do something for them that is a little more than most members would receive, encourage them to do the survey on the back of their receipts. They could win free gift cards, and tell them we get extra money if we are doing really good work for others. Then sit back and watch those Club Voices scores go up up up!! Tell you family, tell your friends, tell everyone.

Has anyone read any of their surveys? Everyone in the club has access to them via the OneWIRE. You can also see what is being posted by the club and from others parts of the company.
Oh and I am not from HO, I work for Sam's under the WM umbrella.

Those surveys are a joke and anyone with any intelligence knows that. Just like the associate "opinion"..."engagement"... whatever nonsense they want to call it. We all know clubs that have "great" scores because they pick and choose who to fill out the surveys. Club looks like c-ap and service is awful but yet they seem to get the high scores. Its laughable.
