I just jumped ship. Living through the constant RFP's and having to be tied to a contract. I've thankfully been saved from every layoff but the chronic stress was finally too much. I really used to love working at Xerox. The ship really started sinking with Ursula. And Icahn and Visentin are just looking to cash out. My guess anyone that stays will end up having to reapply for their same job at some new business that is really just a shell created by Xerox so they can cut pay and seniority. And eventually the name Xerox will just be something licensed out. It's not really just Xerox though, it is like corporate greed has just run amok under this current political administration. All I can say is nothing ever trickled down. I will miss the people I work with and my customers though but my advice is to anyone left, sign up for Glassdoor or Indeed. With a 2 week to 12 week severance depending on your role, most people will not be able to find a new job in that time. Leave while you can negotiate a better situation.

I don't work for Xerox but live with someone who does. I can tell you over the last 16 years I've watch my sign. other go through stressful times with the IRIFS, VRIFs and now this. I work for a fortune 500 and make decisions on extending hardware contracts. I will never extend another Xerox contract for our 225 sites after watching this mess. This company doesn't stand for anything other than the bottom dollar and sending their work offshore. Not the American people. Also, someone may want to ask Sales why haven't they been drumming up new business instead of renewing contacts over and over..That's not new business..that's the same business but the sales dept isn't getting touched.....hmmmm...

There is no future at Xerox - a company led by short sighted liars and manipulators who know nothing nothing of employee relations or customer service. A tech powerhouse - that is hilarious!
