MH needs the cash for his medical treatment. Seriously have you seen the guy, he looks like he's dying. He had to sit down during his OOW keynote, and wore the most ridiculous looking wig to cover the baldness. He won't be around for much longer.
MH and SC have tons of money already, they will be stupid to engage in anything remotely suspicious
Are you aware of how MH lost his job at HP? Avoiding unethical and risky behavior is not exactly his strong point.
This shows the confidence of the CEO of this company. If he was confident that the shares will rise further then he wouldn't have sold any...

Selling at that level is pre scheduled. The risk of being accused of price manipulation and sent to prison is to high. MH and SC have tons of money already, they will be stupid to engage in anything remotely suspicious
That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe they propped the stock up special for MH, I'm sure he really needed the help, poor guy.
