What happens to night team leader when we move to days

Clubs that have already changed over--how do you do this with the club open? Any customer complaints about having to shop around pallet jacks and skids?
Has anyone heard if with night crew going away are they taking our shift differential with it?
I haven't had an overnight manager since Sept. and they cant seem to fill the position. Guess we wont need one, guess a regular day manager will have to fill that spot and come in at 4 to get the job done
Who covers days off then if lead on evening shift and and the manager on the day shift?
Manager works 4am shift and Lead works 3pm to 1130pm shift. Theres 2 day stocking crews
We still have ours. Our Overnight manager transferred 2months ago and we haven't filled it yet. I'm guessing it will go away
