6:45am on Thursday and still no offer! Guess it won’t be 3 business days to make a choice! This is some shady sh--. I received my letter from Xerox saying if I don’t take the offer. . That has not come. . I vonlentary quit. I was advised to send a letter back saying I do not quit. If you are out sourcing my job and it is no longer available I consider this termination and have rights to unemployment. They can’t bully you to sign!! If you can afford it, don’t sign!! Send a response saying you are not quitting, they can fire you!! Get a lawyer, said copies of your letter to the media with your name blocked out. They are hoping we are too stupid to know what’s going on and will accept it. This is wrong and we should not lay down and let Xerox f--- us!!!

You are correct. And yes the employment attorney I talked to is experienced in my state. He did say not every state has the same laws. So what might work for where I am won’t work everywhere with the differ in state laws
It’s not Xerox choice to give you unemployment. It’s not your choice to get unemployment.
The State DOJ refereee will decide if you get unemployment.
