Anyone know what the severance package is for US employees? I have a 1 on 1 tomorrow

had unlimited PTO, didn't take evena day off and worked 18 hours a day, result was a 0$ pay out..
I worked 11 months.. Got 4 weeks pay , no RSU pay out and nothing extr$$
In Sept. 2017, I got 4 weeks + 1 week per year of service to a max of 26 weeks. This was in the US.
was that in the U.S.? just wondering.
I received 3 weeks for every year.
No raise with promotion, yes. I have gotten two promotions at least and neither of them came with a raise. They explicitly said that promotions can not/will not come with a raise. Nice, huh?
No raise for promotion.. is it common in oracle?
Sorry to be saying this .... as I understand the rules, since your RSUs are not vested yet, you will not get them.
they are axing me just at 11 months of joining? will i still get 1 year RSU + 1 month pay?
In addition to what's been said, there is enhanced severance which grants 4 weeks for first year
It might be capped at 26 weeks maximum.

It should be 2 weeks for your first year of tenure and then an additional 1 weeks pay for every additional year you’ve been with the company.
