Oracle deliberately will fire you right before you vest. Famous LJE story from the 90's where he fired one of his VP buddies (and I think tennis or golf pal) the week before his options were to vest. The guy sued and won them back. So much for friendship.
nope and any options you have already vested will expire in approx 4 months after termination date.
I know my boss was fired few days before his major stock vesting!
