Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Are they counting on some people leaving after the implementation of block scheduling?

More than a few people are displeased with block scheduling, and that is very visible on this board and in real life. But are people displeased with this scheduling system to a point that a certain amount of them could leave the company and was the leadership counting on that scenario when they decided to implement it?

Block scheduling gives you a set schedule. I really don't understand the complaints. Right now a FT associates schedule is all over the fckn place. I would be happier with having consistency.

Home office is ignorant of how to run a club because managers lie to home office leading home office to believe new programs are working when in fact they are failing ..

I know for sure the clubs have been given a full time/ part time level they need to meet. They have a list of how many full time and how many part time each area would have. My club is over on full time by like 20 people. We are short part time by about 30.

Possibly what they are hoping for. More likely they just dont care about the peons at club level on top of the fact that home office is woefully ignorant of what it actually takes to make a club run.
