I don’t understand why a company this large chose to launch One.Walmart.com as well the MANY new 5&10 apps that we were “ encouraged to install on our PERSONAL phones before they had worked out the bugs! NOT ONE APP has worked properly or even recognizes my username and password ( which is correct) I have been trying for two weeks. Still nothing works so, I decided to uninstall it all . Guess what? They have it where you can’t uninstall the icons and some of the apps from your phone. For the record, I do know how to to uninstall apps! So, frustrated with this company!

Why are they basically forcing the managers to make us get Byod? It's very suspect to me and yes they are harassing us to do it right now!
They cannot force you to use your private phone for work. I believe that would be illegal.
Also I have been told that if you put the company software on your phone, they can see what you’re doing on your phone if they want to. So if you do BYOD, get a separate phone for it.
At first they said it was not mandatory now they are practically harassing us with our jobs if we do not download... smh.
@rvw When you sign up for BYOD there's a digital contract you have to sign on the Wire that states BYOD is NOT mandatory or a condition of employment. So your managers can't make you install it.
We are being told by management that we must all have BYOD on our phones. This is not right, they dont pay my phone bill.
We were told by our CM that the company purposely releases apps before perfected so they van stay ahead of other companies..he said we are expected to help work out the bugs....another way to make us do their work !!

To uninstall you have to the hub app and you have to make sure the work profile on your device is uninstalled. Depends on device if it's an iPhone or Android.
Never had a problem with mine. Nor anyone else that uses BYOD but it works best on iPhone and premium Galaxy devices. It's not made for cheap phones.
I was told today by very reliable source that if you are terminated or leave the company you have 24 hrs to delete all those apps or your phone will automatically be wiped clean
