Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Who is next on the chopping block?

So, What now? I doubt they will stop at this number of layoffs. Any whey to figure out who will they be going after next?

Don’t know about Dyn, but as some mentioned in another post this was a cabal by Seattle OCI team, with lots of greasy headcount horse trading. The next round is not a no warn round, but pretty deep.especially east coast. /office closings. I’m pretty sure some of yesterday’s executioners get theirs after that. No admin /coordinator changes

2 sales reps were let go yesterday. I don't foresee them letting any additional sales reps go before the end of the quarter. If they are going to layoff people from the sales team, it will be after June 1.

Moving boxes never a good sign, especially if they leave them outside your office.

We just got a shipment of moving boxes today- not a good omen.

Does anyone know about more at Dyn? Surprisingly no one from Sales got cut which seemed odd because they axed most of engineering yesterday.

I also heard a second wave is moving east and around the globe ending before Seattle.
