Only thin is the CIO role will report to Que not Darius. CTO role with Suresh will just surely be a disaster all on its own
Little TG is surely interviewing. If he has a decent head hunter I am sure he had backup options for those roles he didn't get. It will be a clean sweep eventually probably in June
The next phase will be for the next level down to sign they will move to Charolette NC. Expect that to begin with the career discussions everyone must have by June 14

The whole IT org is top heavy . Too many vps directors and snr managers in the org. All of them have company cars, huge salaries and bonuses to match.

KM leaves end of April. His IT CIO role replacement rescinded the HON job offer. MP is gone already, big TG goes this Friday, small TG will be gone once he finds a new company as I bet he doesn't want to move to Charolette NC either. Then you just need to dump BH for a full clean sweep of IT top leaders
Any one with VP after their name should be dumped from IT. And there was a IT layoff scheduled which seems to be on hold. All the paperwork was turned into HR to get Legal approval and now..... silent

My experience with IT is they are way outside the loop. No clue on processes. They push back on everything we need help with. Only goal is to quickly push work off their desk. They scheme up their own projects that sites dont need but they understand so they "keep busy"
It’s about time that big tg is off. Such a bad manager. He was like Teflon - nothing stuck to him. Now they have to sort small tg and his weak leadership. . They are just as bad

Why is IT so confusing anyway. The way it’s setup doesn’t make sense. All too much outsourcing and it’s not organized. If QD is “acting” will that change how it is organized. This IT, that IT, one PMO, another PMO, how many mini -CIOs does one company need. Makes no sense.

Given he was a direct report to Darius the board would need to interview and approve any replacement. And quite likely it would need to be announced as part of the financial releases.
I believe the next results release is April 18th (in 3 weeks)
