Collaboration BU has given hike and promotion super secretly for a** licking people in January 2019.
Even senior director level they are saying no info. I really wonder, whats their visibility is on compensation wise.
Last two cycles most of the promotions 18th apart. Anyone knows how long before EoQ promotion tool opens?
