12 million people but 4.5 million households. Who cares about those in PA outside big cities. State is full of small phone companies that don't care about those hicks sorry!
Comcast and Verizon only care about the urban areas. Don't be bitter cause u live in a farm with dialup.
Yes 3 cities and 1 million is small considering 12.8 million people in pa and 80% of them can’t get dsl or don’t want it anymore. Everyone is going to comcast. You must work in a area with fios and don’t get to see the big picture.

Philly, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg video hub offices serve a million customers. Is that considered small portion?
Fios is in pa. But a very small portion. You can’t count the whole state. And I’m talking vz foot print, not frontier, wind stream, century link and so on.
