I actually worked for another company in the 90's that was brutal; much worse than Hon. I lasted 1 year 9 months and quit. Lots of fighting there, really mean/demanding bosses. It was Automotive. I then switched to another automotive Company - AlliedSIgnal Automotive and it was the best job I ever had until Larry B decided to sell the whole division. I don't see the fighting at Honeywell, I do see dumb decisions and greedy b*stard leaders who exist to s--- $$ and the life out of a company for their own interests.

Then you have never worked for an automotive company! Honeywell is Mr. Roger's neighborhood. Automotive is Game of Thrones....

Joking aside, I knew a fellow older Honeywell employee who ended up on some serious psychiatric meds trying to deal with the treatment he got at Honeywell. I'm sure doctors in the Phoenix area wondering what the hell they are doing to their employees. Haven't seen a meaner company anywhere.
