Is OCI org safe for now in Oracle? Has there been any cuts in OCI so far?

@YeJcbQx-1lft that's the first time I've heard someone say to go toward Fusion Middleware - especially indicating that on-prem (on cloud or not) would be an option. Do you have any details.
The longest safe thing will be Larry's autonomous database.
Run from any OCI project (classic and new). Internally go for the DB, and Fusion Middleware cloud or not.
So, you are either planning to work or already working on project with codename “Sparta” and asking whether it is safe?
If you are interviewing, run. Heck, if not then run anyway.
Many OCI colleagues were shown the door last week, soon after DJ sent a ridicolous mail saying how great and shiny we are, and that we are the future of Oracle Corp. Overall, looking at Aria, more than 500 people got rifed.
Have heard from my manager that there will be another round in May already decided, then there should be a re-org in September but still to be confirmed. He also said he is interviewing outside, and so should I.
Have also heard from a 3rd party that OCI-C was heavily touched, but I don't directly know numbers.
They (OCI engineers) are at best glorified system admins or rejected aws/azure/gci testers.
OCI are elite engineers, the future of the company, the best people of Oracle, and are as such, completely untouchable.
This isn't related to your performance -only your salary. And the product or LOB you're in. Not personal dude!
Is it safe? Ever see Marathon Man?
What is this performance round of cuts that is coming later? Why not just have laid off lower performers with this layoff? Why is this separated? Anyone?
This cut was around 10%, supposedly there is a performance round of cuts coming in May.
