Just an observation of tonight's closing shift.... can't punch out until 9 minutes before your scheduled time, so cashiers are sitting in the patio furniture, hanging out in the breakroom, wandering around the sales floor...

I will stay busy until it's time for me to clock out... I don't trust any of our managers to remember to take off that half point!
I get that the manager can cut them loose. But that means the managers has to DO something.
A manager can cut them loose and manually remove the half point. Do the managers not know this?

I should have known what I was getting myself into when I had my 2nd interview sitting at the patio furniture in the middle of all the shoppers. I had the feeling of " this is weird and very unprofessional". Goodness gracious was I right!
