Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Overkill on sidekicks!!!

Use to be okay for sidekicks every other quad in isle and a few scattered towards the back..

Is it really paying off to have a sidekick on every single quad, t-stand, every fixture on the wall?? And you better not miss one fixture or you will be called out on it!!

Sounds of desperation

What a waste of resources

I thought we were the only District that had been instructed to plave on every single rack, quad, endcap, inline, appliance....just everywhere...looks tacky.

Then after we put up all our sidekicks all over the store our DM will come in and have us take half of them down because it's too many. This is exactly what has happened to us in our Sears store. What a waste of time and payroll. Then they complain about payroll and cut hours and staffing. New company, same old story only worse.

I’m surprised they don’t at least put an advertisement in the bag at time of purchase for the upcoming sale or point promo

Yeah, put 50 gazillion signs up all over the store for all the customers that don’t even come into the store

What a waste of paper, ink, payroll

All that nice paper gone to waste

People might bite on these, and they do, IF they go to the stores. Go on social media, buy some TV spots, tell people about the great cashback you get.

The people taking advantage of them are the same people that were taking advantage of them before because they already knew about them.

So Eddie, if you’re listening, it’s fine printing all the signs but spend some darn money advertising it, people might actually go there if they realized some of these are really good deals.

Sorry for wrong term but it is the cash back signs (yellow) that go on the opposite side of the sale signs

The promo for spend $60 get $60 back in points
