Please vote your shares if you were invited to do so. The Board is recommending against the protection of children and a number of initiatives that would provide oversight to the company, including asking shareholders to vote against overpaying executives and assigning an independent Chair.

uh....@1vyu, you are also a shareholder. It's not the shareholders you want to vote against, it's the board. They are the ones making the recommendation.
It's really simple.
Whatever the shareholders recommend a vote FOR, vote AGAINST.
Whatever the shareholders recommend a vote AGAINST, vote FOR.
I do it every year, the shareholders are greedy dirtballs.
If you have shares, you should have received an email last week with the proxy document which outlines each of the items that are up for vote. The document is over 100 pages so there is too much to post in this forum.
Please help with who/what we should vote for.
