There isn't a Sears anywhere within 100 miles from me. But even if there was I'd need to know where the others were before I bought anything. Is there a way to see what is left and where you could go for warranty...expecially Auto services ???

Their website hasn't been updated since bankruptcy, so they still list over 300 Sears stores! The website is heavily unreliable right now for finding locations.
You can go to Sears.com or Kmart.com and click on the store locator. but that does not mean those stores will be there tomorrow when you need them.
They have a store locator on the website. I’m pretty sure most people can’t buy things like tires from there if there isn’t a store unless they’re taking them somewhere else to have them mounted.
You don’t cart a stove to the store for a repair, you have someone come to your house. 99% of stuff isn’t supposed to be taken to the store for warranty anyway according to the manufacturer, except perhaps for tools and that type of thing,
I'd think that the warranty is meaningless if there is no longer a store in the area to honor it. Expecially things like tires. I also think that the answers in this forum are meaningless. The question was where can you find out where the sears stores are that still exist.
Did you mean "I wouldn't buy anything "without" a warranty" ?
Yeah, you walk straight ahead.
