I wonder the rate at which Oracle is firing people , who will going to work for the existing products.
Moreover , the panic situation that the company has created is just letting everyone to quit existing motivation towards work .

You seem to be the only one in panic mode. Customers have already given up on Oracle.
the layoffs were a small number relative to total. and I'm not trivializing, this is really really really sh--ty for anyone affected, but big [usually older] companies do this. it's a painful part of the transformation. They should be better about it though.
