What kind of “reciprocal relationship “ does xerox have with Forbes? I’ve never heard of this.

+1 for Anne. People talked for years about how she cried when she shut down SOHO. It mattered to her.

Xerox has had a long-standing reciprocal relationship with Forbes.

Consequently, A Forbes list means very little to me.

Ann Mulcahy inherited a mess when she became CEO. The company was facing bankruptcy and a accounting scandal with the SEC. After a conversation with Warren Buffet she discovered talking to investors and the media doesn't matter and is a waste of time. All that matters is communicating with the customers and employees. That's it. She had to layoff 20k employees, but she personally went out the various groups to deliver the layoffs herself.

The current C team doesn't seem to communicate with either employees or customers. Investor day delivered more info to outsiders than ever was communicated internally.

That is unbelievable. Xerox is listed in the top 100 publicly traded US corporations by Forbes in 2019.

The criteria includes the following:

1) commitment to ethical & diverse leadership

2) create abundant job opportunities

It proves that Xerox has many people on the outside in business and on Wall Street believing in their scam. Xerox definitely knows how to spin and obviously has good PR and marketing to sell the future BS.
