What a bunch of overpaid losers LE has hired for OCI - it’s almost funny to watch them take him to the cleaners. They cost a F:ing boatload, generate virtually no revenues and produce useless garbage. Oh, LE it serves you so right to get so royally screwed.

average house in Seattle is $630,000, I just read somewhere. if you want to see truly disgusting conversations about compensation in OCI, head over to blind. I'm all for earning more money. I was part of a wave of underpaid tech workers in the late 80's early 90's and a SVP of a company one referred to us once as plumbers. We fought and positioned ourselves and created value and proved that we created value and we increased compensation for an industry. Now we seem to have a bunch who believe they are entitled to big bucks simply because they have a skill that, quite honestly, many people have these days. now, it really is not their fault that customers are not buying what they are producing. that fault lies with other areas of Oracle. Unless once the customers get their hands on it and it the same c-ap that the customer get all the time. At some point, don't you have to pick something to believe in besides a bigger paycheck and stick with trying to build that thing. Building it won't be easy but that doesn't mean you bounce to another company and then bounce to another company, and on and on and on. But you do have to know when its time to pack it in though.
