Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

I understand there were a few rumors about layoffs being performed this week and I would honestly be surprised if they turned out to be not true, given that every other rumor before was correct. In that light I ask the question is there any word on what numbers are they targeting in this week’s wave and who could be affected the most?
