What is the output? Layoffs ...

it shows so much of inefficiency of a company which is headed by two CEOs.

Low cost labour aka Engineers hired in Mexico and India.

One thing is quite interesting which is happening in Oracle India.

At one side HRs are calling employees and giving pink slips and on the other side Talent Acquisition team is scheduling interviews.
