I have recently been laid off by Oracle. My entire org was laid off which is 13 employees.

Where was your org located?
Hopefully you used Oracle to achieve your goals. When I got laid off at my last company, the owner of the company was a little bit surprised when he saw my impression after he told me about the re-org. I actually smiled and happy.
It was because for the last 8 years of my time there, I used the company to accomplish my goal which is to achieve FIRE. You can google it and find out more about it. Now I retire already. That company was my last one :)
I'm sorry. It is a jolt even if it eventually was a good change.
