Same district in the Atlanta market. Pharmacists and store managers and leaving in succession. It's amazing how one individual with the poorest communication skills and basic people skills can continue to run a district. This is someone to afraid to confront their own management staff in person. Rather do it through someone else, email or a subordinate. SUPERIOR LEADERSHIP

We asked our dl about an email he sent out on a conference call. He admitted that he didnt read it and just forwarded. He also only sends about 3 emails a week to the stores. Region one district nine. The quality of leadership is low!
Like I've said before, DL's are held to a different standard at CVS. They can pretty much do whatever they want and get away with it.
I couldn't tell you the last time my DL actually had a conference call (probably last Christmas) . The communication is terrible.
