Every time they post a "progress report" for Unified Plan 2020 on MyUP, the stats are worse than last year, and nowhere near the goals of 2019. Surely the powers that be are smart enough to understand that yes, they are running the company into the ground. It doesn't seem like they don't care though. They want to beat CSX's operating ratio, but in order to do so, they must first break the company down and stoop to CSX's level. They're well on their way!!
