I am one of those laid off last week. In the Fedex package I got there was not termination agreement and no information about severance. I guess HR forgot to add that to my package. Anyone else experienced the same problem?
Anyone knows who I can contact about that?

As mentioned, severance letter comes a few weeks later.
The termination letter didn’t come u til later for me, just the notice and terms of severance. So you will likely get a second mailer which should have been indicted In the first packet.
Call the toll free Oracle HQ phone number and ask to speak to HR
they send a letter and offer severance..1 month pay per 1 year after you sign and return the RIF letter...
This post sounds fishy. Probably a low-rent reporter.
Well, if I had HR email, I would not need to ask here, right?
Let me see, it came from HR so how about asking HR directly?
